Related Application Note: An Image-Based Method to Detect and Quantify T Cell Mediated Cytotoxicity of 2D and 3D Target Cell Models

Adoptive T cell immunotherapy describes the ex-vivo enhancement of a patient’s T cells to combat cancer. In order to evaluate new adoptive T cell immunotherapies, sensitive in vitro cytotoxicity assays that include kinetic imaging and cellular analysis of 3D target cell models are required.
