Angiogenesis is a critical process from which new blood vessels are formed by sprouting from the pre-existing vasculature. Here, we treat zebrafish embryos with angiogenesis inhibitors. These embryos express mCherry in the endothelial cells which allows for kinetic imaging and determination of vascular area changes over 24 hours.
